One of Jeff’s most significant achievements was developing a compliant blood bank labeling system adopted by the U.S. Department of Defense and the broader blood and transfusion community, helping advance standardized identification practices for critical blood products. His work has contributed to improving accuracy, traceability, and compliance across highly regulated healthcare environments.
