  • Richard Stamper

    Richard Stamper is the Founder and Chairman of FineLine Technologies. Richard started FineLine with five employees in 1998 and has overseen the evolution of the company into one of the premiere companies in its industry today. Prior to starting FineLine, Richard was the Chief Operating Officer at Bar Code Systems (now Stratix) where he was instrumental in managing the growth of a company which was one of the early entrants in the auto ID and barcoding industry. At Bar Code Systems, Richard was primarily responsible for operational and financial areas of the company.

    With over 300 associates in the U.S., Canada and Asia, Richard spends a great deal of time coordinating activities among the offices in order to maximize the level of service and quality that FineLine provides to its customers. In addition, he is very focused on developing the talent among the company’s workforce and creating career opportunities for its many loyal associates.

    Richard graduated from the University of Georgia in 1983 with an MIS degree. He is married with three children. His outside interests include kids’ sports, golf, fishing, and exercise.

  • George Hoffman

    George Hoffman is the CEO of FineLine Technologies. George is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience servicing global apparel retailers and brands. He has held senior management positions throughout his career including President of Paxar Americas (NYSE: PXR), which was at one time the world’s leading provider of tags and labels to the apparel industry.

    Following the acquisition of Paxar, he assumed the position of VP of Innovation for the Retail Branding and Information Solutions Division of Avery Dennison (NYS: AVY). He has a significant and proven track record of inventing, developing, and bringing to market a wide array of innovative solutions for the industry. He now uses that experience to continue the history of growth and innovation at FineLine Technologies.

    George received his B.S. in Management Engineering and MBA from Renselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, as well as a CPA and CMA and is a member of the AICPA and NCCPA. George is married with four children. He enjoys playing golf and fishing in his free time.

  • Richard Jaynes
    Vice President of Sales

    Richard Jaynes is the Vice President of Sales for FineLine Technologies.  Richard has been with the company since its inception in 1998. Prior to that time, he worked alongside Richard Stamper at Bar Code Systems (now Stratix) where he was involved in the management of operations and product development.  As FineLine’s leading sales executive, he has played a key role in the company’s rapid growth over the last ten years.

    At FineLine, Richard has established and developed relationships with many of the country’s leading retailers and manufacturers and is responsible for bringing many of them to FineLine as customers. His deep knowledge of the business and commitment to customer service make him an invaluable resource for retailer and manufacturer supply chain executives. In addition to his national account management duties, Richard has represented FineLine in leadership positions with industry groups such as VICS and the Vendor Compliance Federation and has spoken at national conferences on the challenges of retail ticketing in a global environment.

    Richard graduated from Clemson University with a BA and MBA. He is married with two children. His interests include college football, golf and many family activities.

  • Tim Hannon

    Tim Hannon is the CFO of FineLine Technologies.Tim began his career in Arthur Andersen’s New York audit practice where he worked with clients across a range of industries including retail, apparel, financial services and utilities. After five years as an auditor Tim spent nine years as a consultant working with companies and investors in projects related to M&A due diligence, operational and capital restructuring, and strategic planning. In 1999 Tim joined Suntory Water Group as VP Corporate Controller where he oversaw an ERP implementation, the creation of a shared service center and other initiatives to improve and streamline processes. From 2005 through 2008 Tim was CFO for two portfolio companies of a private equity firm where he concentrated on developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth. Most recently Tim served as CFO for Progressive Lighting, an Atlanta based distributor and retailer of decorative residential lighting and other home furnishings.

    Tim received his BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and is a CPA and also earned his CMA. His outside interests include running, reading, listening to music and various family activities.

  • Brian Kohrman

    Brian Kohrman is the Chief Technology Officer at FineLine Technologies  and oversees the strategic direction of FineLine’s information technology initiatives, which consists of systems development and infrastructure hosting for all US and Asia facilities. Brian brings many years of large-scale enterprise system design experience to facilitate FineLine’s continued fast-paced growth as a technology leader.

    Over his career, Brian has delivered numerous large-scale system projects that aligned to the needs of the business that were successfully executed using a milestone-driven incremental delivery approach.  Brian brings experience in system security, financial system controls and overall system risk mitigation.

    Brian received his BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia.  He is married with two children and his outside interests include tennis and spending time with his family.

  • Beau Wiebel
    Director of Inside Sales

    Beau is FineLine’s Director of Inside Sales, where he is responsible for all in-house sales, customer service, marketing and vendor relation functions in the U.S. and Asia. Beau began at FineLine 12 years ago as one of the company’s first sales representatives and has been instrumental in FineLine’s tremendous growth over the years.

    Beau earned a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia and has a wife and two children. His interests include golf, football, woodworking, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Rebecca Zhang
    Director of Global Operations

    Rebecca is the Global Operation Director for FineLine Technologies. She graduated from the University of Georgia’s MBA program in 2003 and joined FineLine shortly thereafter. Originally from China, Rebecca moved to the U.S. for her MBA and then moved back to Hong Kong to open FineLine’s first facility in Asia. She secured the location, hired all of the associates and rolled out a very successful introduction into the Asian market.

    Rebecca moved to Atlanta in 2006 to oversee the company’s production facility in Atlanta. She is a key member of the management team and is responsible for all phases of the production process. Her management skills are an important reason for FineLine’s ability to provide fast turnaround and outstanding quality to its customers.

    Rebecca graduated from the Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute prior to attending the University of Georgia for her MBA. She is married and has one son. Her hobbies include reading, jogging and hiking.

  • Kevin Garrison
    Director of Innovation

    Kevin leads FineLine’s Research and Development efforts. He has been at FineLine since 2000 and prior to that spent eight years at Bar Code Systems in Atlanta and Mexico. Kevin’s experience has included virtually all phases of the company’s business including production, IT and sales.

    Kevin’s role at FineLine is to continually evaluate and streamline the company’s operations and  its product line through technology, software development and practical problem solving. Kevin has been instrumental in the development of successful customer solutions such as the Symart suite of software products, Color Sync for color to size ticketing and Fast Trak, the company’s web based order management system.

    Kevin graduated from Rollins College with a degree in Psychology. He is married and has two children. His outside interests include writing and recording music, playing golf and cooking.

  • Janet Ward

    Janet is the US Controller for FineLine Technologies and she is responsible for supervising the accounting and human resource functions at Fineline’s Atlanta headquarters. She oversees the accounting operations of the company, including billing, accounts receivable, credit, and payroll. In addition, Janet is responsible for monitoring the processes and procedures necessary to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

    Janet graduated with a BBA from the University of Georgia and earned her MBA at Kennesaw State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She is married and has two daughters. Janet enjoys working out, antique shopping, decorating and gardening.

  • Kevin Lindsey
    Director of Base Stock Production

    Kevin Lindsey is FineLine’s Flexography Manager. He joined the company in 2007 after spending 10 years as the Operations Manager for a major building supply company.

    Kevin manages Flexographic development and operations and works closely with all departments to provide Fineline customers with long run web capabilities for both labels and ticketing.

    Kevin graduated from Georgia Southern University. He is married with two children and enjoys sports and other outdoor activities.

  • Simon Jone
    Director of IT

    Simon Jone has been FineLine’s Director of IT Operations since July of 2007. Prior to that, Simon worked in the information management and technology field for 18 years. His experience includes IT infrastructure, service support and application development in various industries including consulting, retail, travel and event management. Simon served as the IT Director at Nth Degree and One Travel Group prior to joining FineLine.

    At FineLine, Simon is responsible for technology infrastructure and application development. He provides leadership for the strategic use of information technology resources in supporting the missions and goals of the company. Simon works closely with all departments at FineLine in formulating options, facilitating the decision making process and managing projects.

    Simon graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He is married with two children and enjoys hiking, camping, swimming, soccer and movies.

  • Grace Kwok
    Vice President, APAC Region

    Grace Kwok has been Vice President of FineLine APAC since 2012. Prior to joining Fineline, Grace spent over 19 years with Avery Dennison Corporation. Her experience included general management of all functions, new market and business development, sales and marketing in Asia.

    Grace’s role at Fineline is to create and execute profitable growth strategies through innovation, commercial development and manufacturing and operational execution supporting primarily the global retail and apparel industries in Asia.

    Grace received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ottawa University in the USA and a Masters Degree in International Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne Australia. Her interests include family and friend gatherings, Tai Chi, hiking, natural therapy and philosophy.
