Deal Marks FineLine Expansion in Healthcare Industry
NORCROSS, GA – December 10, 2025 – FineLine Technologies announces its acquisition of Digi-Trax Corp., a leading provider of healthcare labeling and identification solutions that support safety, traceability and compliance in the blood and cell-therapy supply network. Digi-Trax will operate as FineLine’s new Healthcare Division.
Digi-Trax® software and hardware solutions meet ISBT-128 international standards for coding and labeling medical products of human origin, such as blood, tissues and cell samples. Its solutions integrate with multiple health IT platforms and laboratory information systems. Digi-Trax offers best-of-breed barcoding hardware, software, supplies and support, including both bundled and stand-alone offerings such as:
