Norcross, GA (August 25, 2015) – FineLine Technologies, the worldwide ticketing business known for its same-day rush order shipping and standard 48-hour turnaround time, has acquired Montreal-based Source ID www.sourceid.ca, providers of product identification systems and service bureau solutions to Canadian retailers and brands. The announcement was made jointly by FineLine Technologies CEO George Hoffman and Source ID Partner Michael Lands.
“FineLine Technologies’ global presence will benefit Source ID’s Canadian customer base,” says Lands. “As part of FineLine, we now have the infrastructure to provide web-based price ticketing solutions to the Canadian marketplace that satisfy vendor requirements anywhere in the world.”
FineLine’s Hoffman notes a productive synergy between his company and Source ID. “We share a strong customer focus,” Hoffman says, “and we are both expert in meeting challenging shipping time requirements. Our acquisition expands FineLine’s offering in Canada by combining our global service bureau capabilities and Source ID’s 40 years of local industry expertise. The Source ID name and team will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of FineLine Technologies Inc.
