Chinese retailer, Kingogo – partners with FineLine Technologies

Kingogo, a Chinese baby and children’s wear retailer, selected FineLine to address its garment ticketing data management challenges.

As of May 2019, Kingogo has partnered with FineLine to deliver quality and accurate garment tickets. Kingogo, a Chinese baby and children’s wear retailer, selected FineLine to address its garment ticketing data management challenges. As Kingogo’s exclusive supplier of variable data price tickets, hang tags and labels, FineLine, will be responsible for printing tickets for all garments and merchandise sold by Kingogo.

Chinese government regulations require, all garment tickets should indicate the manufacturer’s name and address, product name, size, fabric, washing method, quality grade and barcode, etc. Prior to partnering with FineLine, Kingogo’s warehouse employees printed tickets in house using standard bar code printers. As Kingogo grew, to more than 300 stores in China and sales revenue of over RMB200 million/year, the retailer’s in house printing operations could not keep up with the demand and complexity of managing a large volume of ticketing data .

After visiting FineLine’s production hub, Kingogo was greatly impressed by FineLine’s ability to capture, manage and convert large volumes of ticketing data into garment tickets that exceed what was previously used. FineLine presented a revolutionary data management process to significantly reduce the turnaround time and improve the accuracy and quality of the tickets

After the process of quoting, live sampling and order testing, the first bulk order was officially placed with FineLine in May 2019 and delivered to Kingogo within 48 hours.
