FASTtrak Mobile is now Available!

NORCROSS, GA – The FASTtrak Mobile app for iPhone and Android smartphones is now available on the app and play stores. FineLine continues its commitment to helping our customers and their vendors improve visibility into their retail ticketing supply chain. For years, our customers have enjoyed the ease of use, visibility, and analytics available via FASTtrak, our online smart technology platform. Retailers and vendors can now enjoy these benefits from their mobile devices or when they are away from their desks.

Key Functionality includes worldwide order tracking, complete view of order status, geo-mapping and delivery tracking information real time via hyperlink to the shipping vendor’s website. Service Summary Analytics with powerful insight, including order summary, top ship to countries and products, print facility overviews, average order size and received at vendor metrics.

FineLine’s IT Department has utilized the same strict security protocol in developing the new app.  All application requests and transactions are routed through FineLine’s secure servers with sessions logging out due to inactivity.

Only users with a valid FASTtrak username and password have access to FASTtrak Mobile. Once you’re logged in, you will only have access to those transactions associated with your account. FineLine Technologies is sensitive to your privacy and does not import, or read your personal contact list. FASTtrak Mobile supports English and Simplified Chinese.
