Atlanta, GA – April 1, 2010 – FineLine Technologies announced that it has been selected by dELiA*s as the retailer’s exclusive outsourced provider of price tickets, tags and labels. dELiA’s and its vendors will be transitioning to Fast Trak, FineLine’s web based system for ordering, tracking and managing the retail ticketing process.

Prior to selecting FineLine, dELiA*s printed its own tags and labels in house at its distribution center in Hanover, PA and shipped them to its vendors throughout the world. After examining the cost/benefit and the potential improvements to supply chain efficiency, dELiA*s management made the decision to outsource the ticketing function to FineLine. FineLine will produce tags and labels at its facilities in the U.S. and Asia from data provided by dELiA*s and ship directly to its vendors. According to Beau Wiebel, FineLine’s National Accounts Manager, “The dELiA*s situation has been a perfect opportunity for FineLine to demonstrate our expertise in assisting retailers in transitioning from printing their own tags and labels to outsourcing the function. A great deal of communication and coordination is required between the retailer, its vendors and with the outsourced provider. We have worked closely with dELiA*s and its vendors to ensure a smooth and successful transition and look forward to contributing to improving the speed and profitability of dELiA*s supply chain.”

dELiA*s, headquartered in New York City, is a direct marketing and retail company comprised of two lifestyle brands primarily targeting teenage girls and young women. Its brands, dELiA*s and Alloy, generate revenue by selling apparel, accessories, footwear and room furnishings to consumers through direct mail catalogs, websites and 111 dELiA*s mall based specialty stores.
