Transparency in Coverage Rule
Machine-readable files have been made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
Conflict Materials & Minerals Usage
FineLine is committed to the ethical sourcing of components and materials used in our products. FineLine intends to comply with the requirements of the SEC’s Conflict Minerals rule and expects our suppliers to do the same. FineLine does not directly purchase raw metal ores that may be used in the manufacture of products from smelters or mines. In support of FineLine’s policy on conflict minerals, suppliers are expected to supply materials to FineLine that are “DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) Conflict-Free.” Suppliers are expected to adopt policies and management systems with respect to conflict minerals and to require their suppliers to adopt similar policies and systems.
FineLine Compliance Statement
FineLine Technologies is committed to transparency and regulatory compliance across our global operations. To support our customers, we offer a single downloadable document that includes our statements on REACH, RoHS, and other relevant compliance matters. This resource reflects our dedication to responsible sourcing, product safety, and high-quality standards. Click below to access and download our full compliance statement.
RoHS
At FineLine Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet global environmental and safety standards. The EU RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC) restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. FineLine Technologies does not intentionally add RoHS-restricted substances to our products. While we do not conduct analytical testing, we rely on supplier-provided material data and apply responsible product stewardship. Based on this information and our production processes, our products comply with RoHS requirements.
REACH
REACH is an EU regulation focused on the safe use of chemicals in products to protect human health and the environment. FineLine Technologies does not intentionally add substances from the REACH SVHC Candidate List to our products. While we do not perform analytical testing, we work closely with our suppliers to understand raw material composition. Based on this information and our production processes, these substances are not present above the 0.1% threshold.
California Prop 65
At FineLine Technologies, we prioritize product safety and transparency to support our customers and partners. Prop 65 is a California regulation that requires businesses to provide information about the presence of certain listed chemicals in consumer products. FineLine Technologies does not intentionally add any substances listed under Prop 65 to our products. While we do not perform specific testing, we work closely with trusted suppliers to understand the materials we use. Based on this information and our production processes, our products meet Prop 65 requirements.
CPSIA
FineLine Technologies takes product stewardship seriously and is dedicated to meeting safety standards. We do not intentionally add heavy metals or phthalates regulated under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) to our products. While trace amounts of heavy metals may occur naturally in raw materials such as paper, we work with trusted suppliers to ensure compliance. Based on supplier data and our process controls, we believe our products meet CPSIA requirements.
TPCH
The Toxics in Packaging Clearinghouse (TPCH) sets limits on certain heavy metals in packaging materials to support environmental safety and recycling efforts. FineLine Technologies does not intentionally add TPCH-listed substances—lead, mercury, cadmium, or hexavalent chromium—to our products. While we do not conduct testing, we work with trusted suppliers to understand the composition of raw materials. Based on this information and our production processes, the combined concentration of these metals is below the 100 ppm threshold. Trace amounts may occur naturally in paper-based materials, but our products remain within accepted TPCH compliance limits.
Restricted Substances
FineLine complies with the American Apparel and Footwear Association Restricted Substance List. The RSL includes only those materials, chemicals, and substances that are restricted or banned in finished home textile, apparel, and footwear products because of a regulation or law. In each case, the RSL identifies the most restrictive regulation.
