Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
If you need to change any information on your order, please contact out support team at 1-800-500-8687 and we can make the changes for you. Please keep in mind that our turn around time is typically 48-72 hours, therefore, if you have any data changes after the order has been printed, you will need to submit a new order. If an order has shipped, typically we can change the ship to addresses, however, charges do apply for this service.
Can I ship orders on my FedEx/UPS account?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship on other people’s accounts at this time.
How can I obtain a copy of my invoice?
Invoices are mailed the day after shipment for all orders that are shipped on terms. Invoices are not automatically mailed for orders paid via COD, check, wire, ACH or credit card.
If your order was placed through our FastTrak system, your invoice is available online. Log into FastTrak and click the History tab. The invoice you are looking for can be selected by clicking on the red X under the invoice column on the screen. If there is a question regarding this invoice, you may click the Inquiry button, type your question and we will respond as soon as possible.
For a copy of any other invoice, please email customer support or call us at 1-800-500-8687.
How do I obtain a credit application?
Please email your request to
support@finelinetech.com
and we will email you the credit application. Please note that the approval process can take 3-4 business days and will not start until you have submitted your next order.
How do I obtain my vendor ID number?
Depending on the retailer that you are ordering for, you can typically get this information from your buyer. Our staff has a list of vendor ID numbers for each retailer, however, we cannot guarantee that we have your specific company’s information. You may contact our support staff at 1-800-500-8687 to see if we have this information for you.
How do I track my orders?
If you placed your order on the FastTrak system, please click on the “Track My Order” tab. You can then pull up the order ID number with the tracking information.
If you placed your order on the Burlington, Simply Fashions, Discovery, Crate & Barrel or Charlotte Russe system, please log into your account and click on the History Tab. You can then track the order by Order ID number.
If you sent in a manual order form to orders@finelinetech.com, please note, our system will automatically email the person that placed the order with the tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at 1-800-500-8687.
What happens if my order is incorrect?
It is FineLine’s policy to carefully inspect your labels to insure their quality and accuracy. FineLine Technologies verifies that the characters encoded match the characters shown; however, YOU must immediately check that these characters are indeed the characters you requested to be printed. Simply stated, FineLine shall not be obligated to replace the labels which you do not promptly inspect. If you do find any of the labels or tickets are not correct, Fineline is obligated to immediately replace the incorrect items. In no event shall FineLine be responsible for consequential or special damages of any kind or nature resulting from but not limited to the use of defective products.
When can I expect my order to ship?
The normal turn around time is 48-72 hours depending on your order. Black and White tickets/labels are usually shipped within 48 hours and color tickets/labels are usually shipped in 72 hours. Orders that are submitted after 5:00pm Eastern Time are considered as received the next business day. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major Holidays. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday after 5:00pm, it would be scheduled to ship on Wednesday.
